How should parents select which program in their area is appropriate for their children.

Technical Overview:
Faculty members in the Center for Technology and Education at Johns Hopkins University, in conjunction with the Maryland State Department of Education have developed Maryland EXCELS, a voluntary Quality Rating and Improvement System that helps Maryland families identify high quality programs using GPS-enable location services and custom search functionality.
