The Comprehensive Unit-based Safety Program (CUSP) is a 5-step program to improve local safety culture and has been linked to improvements in clinical care. A CUSP workshop has been designed to train teams in the CUSP model. The Applications of CUSP game is 1/2 of this overall workshop training.
