Comprehensive Phenotyping Reveals Robust Determination to Cellular Biological Age

Technology Overview
JHU researchers have developed a platform to determine the cellular biological age of individuals based on quantifiable functional outputs of their cells. Using a comprehensive approach, of high-throughput single cell technologies to measure biochemical and biophysical properties of cells, we have further developed a generalized linear model that robustly and reproducibly combines various cellular features to predict age.
