Technical Details:
W162 cells are transformed Vero cells which permit highly efficient plaque formation by deletion mutant adenoviruses. These defective adenoviral deletion mutants (H5dl1011 and H5dl1014) lack coding sequences within the "Early Region 4" (E4).
