Receptor positive non-tumorigenic human breast epithelial cell line derived from the commercially available MCF-10A human breast epithelial cell line with the p21 gene somatically deleted.
Looking for Partners:
The cell lines described in this invention can be used in screens for novel molecules target ER+ positive breast cancer or to confirm the specificity of drugs discovered through other approaches. Such drugs can potentially be used as chemotherapeutic or chemopreventive agents
