C10496: DLD-Chk1 S317A Cells
Technical Details:
Chk1 kinase acts downstream of ATM/ATR kinase and plays an important role in DNA damage checkpoint control, embryonic development and tumor suppression. JHU scientists have engineered a somatic cell knock in that is deficient for the DNA damage induced activation of the Chk1 kinase. This cell line is useful for validation of Chk1 inhibitors and discovery of new anticancer therapeutics.
