Mouse strains include a Glutamate receptor interacting protein 1 (Grip1) Knockout mice (B6.129-Gripl/J) and a GRIP2 Knockout mouse strain (B6.129-Grip2/J). Mouse strains also include a condtionally expressed Dlg1 (discs, large homolog 1 Drosophila) gene, and a conditionally expressed Dlg3 gene, and a conditionally expressed Dlg4 gene.
Looking for Partners:
These knock out mouse strains may be useful as research tools to further study the targeted gene's synaptic function.
