C12656: SOFTWARE SOLUTION FOR ACCORDION SPECTROSCOPIC DATA ANALYSIS

Value Proposition:

Accordion spectroscopy can be used to measure NMR relaxation rates in much less time than traditional methods. Until now, there have been no unified software packages available for the analysis of relaxation rates obtained by accordion spectroscopy, and applications have been limited despite its advantages. SARA offers a selection of analysis protocols that can be used for spectroscopic analysis and it has a number of advantages including:

• Specifically tailored for protein accordion data analysis.
• Combines the strengths of different procedures to achieve optimal results much faster than known methods
• Provides an environment for easy extraction of relaxation rates.

Technical Details:

Interactive, graphical interface and novel software environment; SARA (Software for Accordion Relaxation Analysis), specifically tailored to work with data from accordion spectroscopy experiments. Johns Hopkins researchers have developed a novel MATLAB software environment designed for analyzing data from accordion experiments. This software enables interactive extraction of relaxation rates using a graphical interface, with previously established and novel non-linear fitting methods. Two non-linear fitting methods have been implemented within SARA. One is a new method developed from similar methods implemented in other accordion spectroscopy publications.

Looking for Partners:
