C03727: Recombinant Ehrlichia Phagocytophila Major Surface Protein (MSP) From Clone p20H13
Technical Details:
Recombinant E. phagocytophilia MSP is a major immunodominant protein antigen derived from the human E. phagocytophilia (HE agent) strain BDS. The clone was initially selected based upon reactivity with monoclonal antibody to the major 44kDa surface antigen and the gene sequenced and subcloned into the pCAL vector (Stratagene) and expressed in E. coli BL21.
Looking for Partners:
The recombinant protein is a fusion with calmodulin binding protein and may be used for serologic studies to confirm the diagnosis of human granulocytic ehrlichiosis.
