Technical Details:
Described are induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) generated from keratinocytes. Keratinocytes were plucked and cultured from human hair and reprogrammed using non-viral, non-integrating methods. The resulting iPSCs contain no evidence of integrated pluripotency transgenes.
