Generation of Covariance Sequential Correlation Maps using Spectral Derivatives and Multiplication of Resulting Covariance Matrices
Case ID:
C13185
Report of Invention:
7/31/2014
Web Published:
9/22/2017
Technology Overview
The technology consists of a computer script that produces 3D sequential correlation maps involving amide protons and nitrogens from conventional pairs of triple-resonance nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra. The maps combine the information provided otherwise separately by all spectra. Derivation (gradient) is performed in the dimension subject to covariance prior to calculating the covariance.
