The role of clinical preceptors and faculty is integral to the success of future nurses. These modules are designed to develop and improve teaching and mentoring skills of clinical faculty and preceptors. The goal of this technology is to significantly increase the number of clinical preceptors and faculty to meet the growing need for qualified nurses. This technology was funded via a grant by the Health Services Cost Review Commission.
